Things I love
Just because self-care is a mindset, that doesn’t mean that we don’t engage in practices, activates and our own rituals that make us feel good. Here are some things I use to help me get to my happy place.

Mental Health
Arguably, the most important aspect of wellbeing is your mental health, and there are so many ways to support it. Therapy, coaching, meditation, long walks, and meaningful conversations with close connections. One of my favorite mental health tools is to practice giving everyone you meet an act of kindness. Whether that’s a smile, holding a door, giving a compliment or being helpful in some other way. Try this for one week and see if it doesn’t improve your mental perspective!

Emotional Health
Emotions are directly linked to our senses, so it stands to reason that anything that we enjoy will evoke positive emotion. The Shakti matt is my go-to tool to reboot my mind. This updated version of a 5-thousand-year-old device uses pressure points to deliver a powerful sensation of relief. Diffusors instantly fill your room with soothing smell of your favorite scent; a sure way to relax the mind and soothe the emotions.

Social Health
Social health is really being mindful of our network of friends and support. Sometimes we need a little help to make the necessary changes so that we attract the right kind of friendships and maintain them. Here’s a helpful resource if you’re in need of a friendship upgrade.
